That’s the worst when you order something and it's not exactly what you expected! You're in luck! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unused items, with tags still attached to the product within 30 days of shipment. Swimwear must have hygienic liner still attached to bottoms. However, some seller’s may not allow the return of swimwear. We do not except returns on undergarments and personalized items. Please include a copy of the return/exchange forms and invoice that was sent in your package. Please do not send items back to the seller if items do not meet this criteria. If items do not meet criteria and are sent back to seller, item will be returned to sender, COD. Sometimes items come with defects and we gladly except returns for these items and we will exchange the item if it is still in stock at no extra shipping expense to the customer. If you lost your return/exchange form, please print a new form here. You will also need to make sure you return the item back to the seller's correct shipping address. You will find this information in your order history or on your invoice included with your package.
